Support our Mission: Surgical Recovery Bra Design Contribution
About this design:
This project is seeking funding and contributions to produce the first order of our surgical recovery bra. We will be donating every bra in our first production run to patients undergoing surgery for breast cancer for real feedback from women in recovery. A $25 contribution will allow us to donate 1 bra to a patient.
A collaboration with breast cancer survivor and founder of Share the Drop, Kelly Cox and award winning bra designer, Amanda Hunt. Together we are on a mission to develop a comfortable and functional compression bra for surgical recovery from all breast surgeries, and we need your help!
Amanda is using her experience and resources as a Maternity Bra designer in combination with Kelly's personal experience from undergoing 8 different breast surgeries. They are together donating their time to designing this custom bra for patients during surgical recovery. Every detail is being considered and the fabric, fit, functionality, comfort and quality will all be a significant upgrade from the current available options.
Our goal is to get this product into the hands of women in recovery as soon as possible. Together we can change the way women feel during their recovery journey. If you are able to support our mission, please read more below:
- Davin & Adley is hosting this fundraising campaign ourselves, so your contribution can go directly to the production of our first order without a 3rd party platform taking additional fees from your contribution. A 3% fee is added to cover the cost of the credit card transaction fee only.
- Once the surgical recovery bra design first production run is ready, Davin & Adley is committing to donate the entire first order of surgical recovery bras to breast cancer patients in recovery. We need your help to sponsor the first order!
