RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

  • You have 30 days from receiving your package to submit a return or exchange request on our online portal. The label must be used before 28 days to ship back to Davin & Adley or it will be cancelled. Please make sure your return is shipped back promptly as we are not be able to send a new label.
  • Please read though our policy closely as we will not be able to make exceptions.
  • Each USA order is eligible for 1 free exchange label (unless it is a final sale item). You will not be able to exchange an order twice. Canada and International packages are not eligible for free exchanges.
  • For USA returns, the cost of $9.50 for your return label is deducted from your refund total and will show on your return confirmation. Shipping fees from your original transaction are not refundable. 

    Canada and International orders have to send returns and exchanges from their local postal service and at customer's expense.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON WORN/USED PRODUCT FOR SANITARY REASONS. Returned items soiled with breastmilk or makeup stains, deodorant, strong odor and animal hair will not be accepted and these conditions will consider the item as worn/rejected. 
  • ALL RETURNS MUST BE NEW WITH TAGS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

  • DAVIN & ADLEY LLC is NOT responsible for returning rejected items to the customer. The return policy must be acknowledged at checkout prior to purchasing. If the item is not accepted, we will contact you with photos of the rejected return. You may pay $9.50 shipping fee if you wish to have your rejected item sent back.
  • FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES. SALE ITEMS ENDING IN .99 ARE FINAL SALE. ALL UNDERWEAR IS ALSO FINAL SALE.
  • FREE ITEMS DURING PROMOTIONS. - If you received a free item during a promotional period, you are eligible to exchange for size on that item. If you return your full order, the FREE item must be returned with your order. If you return your full order or part of your order and keep the FREE Item, the full value of the FREE item will be deducted from your return amount. 
  • Returns and exchanges are processed within 3 business days once received. Our office hours are M-F 9AM-4PM EST. We do not ship on weekends.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive notification of the approval or rejection for your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your financial institution again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@davinandadley.com.

 

For defective/damaged product, please, notify us at support@davinandadley.com within the 30 day return/exchange period if a defective/damaged item was received, so that we may handle the situation promptly. If your item becomes defective within 60 days from your purchase, your item may fall under warranty claims. Our support team will assist you!

Manufacturers Defects/Damages

If an item becomes defective after use, please contact us by email at support@davinandadley.com. We will replace or repair manufacturers defects on used garments up to 60 days from the date the order was received, not including damages due to improper customer use/wash care or normal wear and tear. DAVIN & ADLEY LLC will determine if the defect falls under the manufacturer defects claim and if eligible for replacement. If the same item is not in stock at the time a defective claim is made, you will receive shop credit to be used at a later time.
