EU Right of Withdrawal (Cooling Period) 

Updated as of June 19th, 2026. If you are located in the EU, you can opt to withdrawal from your order during the 14 day cooling off period. If you choose to do so, the customer is fully responsible for their return shipping costs to Davin & Adley warehouse in USA. We are unable to create a label for you. Customer in EU is responsible to ship back from your local post office, UPS, or DHL facility to our warehouse address in USA. EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL RETURN CONDITIONS:

Updated as of 6/19/2026. If you choose to proceed with a EU Right of Withdrawal, the return must be compliant to our full return policy posted on our website. Your return must be new with tags, no signs of garment use, stains or deodorant marks. If your return is received in used/damaged, Davin & Adley has the right to refuse the return withdrawal and is not responsible for returning the item to you, it will be disposed of in the USA Warehouse and no refund will be made to the customer.
